Hi, I’m Amanda, and let me start by saying, I absolutely love creating!
Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I was always drawing, sewing, painting, making jewelry, OR anything that allowed me to create with my hands.
In my 20s, I traveled all over Germany, showcasing my handmade pieces at vendor fairs and art festivals. My dad, who is half Native American, also made beautiful native jewelry, and we would often sell our work together on weekends. Those experiences taught me the joy of craftsmanship and storytelling through art.

I grew up a country girl in the small town of Walhalla, South Carolina, just a couple of hours from Cherokee. But I always had big dreams that took me far beyond my hometown. I spent years exploring Europe, creating, and embracing life as a Self-Representing Jewelry Designer and Lampwork Artist (SRJD).
In 2010, I followed another passion and opened my own Barre fitness studio, which I absolutely loved. Then, in 2016, life brought me to Florida, where I now call home.
Returning to my roots in art, I began a new adventure, Wild Card Buckles and Hat Bar, a space where creativity meets country charm. Inspired by the western lifestyle that reminds me of my childhood, I see cowhide as a natural canvas designed by God, each piece one-of-a-kind and never duplicated.
Every buckle is handcrafted with love, care, and authenticity. They may have small imperfections, but that’s what makes them real, just like the people who wear them.
Thank you for visiting and supporting my art. I hope you find a piece that speaks to your spirit and reflects your own wild side.
Much love,
Amanda
