We offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders are mailed using USPS Priority Mail to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Repairs
We proudly offer free repairs within 30 days of your purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for repair items. Please contact us prior to mailing any item for repair instructions.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
